She is an award-winning user experience expert, project manager and storyteller. Neille is an expert at understanding audiences and creating solutions to both obvious and hidden pain points. Using a research-driven approach and innovative design thinking, she facilitates the best from her team and clients providing holistic, relevant, and successful products for users.
She has managed projects for the cities of Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Pasadena, and LA Metro. She has designed interfaces for LADOT, Pasadena Water & Power, Sony, Samsung, Adidas, Yahoo!, UPS, Snapple, Ohio State University and The National Hockey League.
She’s also a writer, audio and video producer for outlets including public radio, the LA Times, the NY Press and The Morning News.
Neille’s work has won awards at the Sundance Film Festival, Los Angeles Film Festival, SXSW Interactive, Communications Arts, One Show, Appy Awards, Horizon Interactive, W3, Sabre and the American Public Health Association’s HEDIR Award.
She holds a BA in Philosophy and Economics from Columbia University.
